2.) In person on select Mondays at 4748 Chicago Ave S

New patients wishing to be seen in person must select a Monday “IN OFFICE” appointment type - we do not currently offer in person appointments on other weekdays.

Follow up appointments: You’ll have the option to select both in person and telehealth options for future follow up visits.

Are you outside Minnesota?

Patients outside Minnesota have a single option for new patient appointments:

In person on select Mondays at 4748 Chicago Ave S; current Minnesota statutes do not allow us to offer initial appointments by telehealth for out of state patients.

New patients must select a Monday “IN OFFICE” appointment type - we do not currently offer in person appointments on other weekdays.

I no longer suffer from acne I believe I started seeing Dr. Natalia Pellegrino March 2018 and suffered from extreme hormonal acne on my jawline and neck. Growing up acne was the norm for me.
