Dr. Natalia Pellegrino, ND
Dr. Natalia Pellegrino became interested in health and nutrition in her late teens, after witnessing the development of various chronic health conditions in several close family members. Dr. Pellegrino began investigating how to optimize health through diet, lifestyle, and stress reduction to better support these family members. Her interests led her to pursue her BS in Biology at Purchase College in New York, and later study the healing properties of massage, yoga, meditation, and Traditional Chinese Medicine at New York College of Health Professions. After several years of helping people as a massage therapist she eventually decided to pursue her ultimate goal and longtime dream of becoming a Naturopathic Doctor. She graduated from Bastyr University California, an accredited naturopathic doctor (ND) degree program in San Diego which is well-known for its rigorous research-based curriculum and comprehensive clinical training.
Dr. Pellegrino's interests include all aspects of women's health, nutrition, weight loss, and optimizing hormone balance. Dr. Pellegrino has a special interest in physical medicine to promote pain relief and stress reduction. Modalities used include craniosacral technique, stretching, and massage. Dr. Pellegrino is passionate about collaborating with patients to achieve their health and life goals.
